I had the pleasure of working with Philip Pater in November 2002 for a conference held at the Delta Prince Edward Hotel for Medical Laboratory Technologists. There were over 50 scientific presentations over two days: using all the classrooms available at the convention site. At some times there were 8 concurrent sessions.
As one can imagine, the two days were extremely busy. The audiovisual element of the conference was handled with the utmost of professionalism and care to detail.
I would recommend Philip Pater and Pater Audio to anyone at anytime.

Dear Philip,
The success of the International New Media Festival at Brudenell
River Resort shows the capability, the resources and the will to host international
events in a world class manner is available in Prince Edward Island. Over 200 delegates
from 5 countries have left with a renewed awareness of our culture, history and expertise
to host such high profile events.
As a meeting planner, I fully recognize the responsibilities
placed on the conference suppliers. In the case of the International New Media Festival,
the success of the program was largely dependent on the audiovisual supplier:
after all, technology was the ultimate reason for the conference. It could not go wrong, and it didn't!
I also insist that the delivery of the services can only be as good as the information
provided by the conference organizers. To that end, I am in awe of your ability to
provide the services with masterful results. There is no doubt we tested your limits
with the last minute revisions, additions and lack of information from presenters,
yet you delivered with total professionalism.
I would be remiss in not pointing out the indispensable services of a key player
from Pater Audio who was instrumental in the success of the festival program. Erwin
was always thoroughly professional throughout the Festival. His calm demeanor and
ability to handle last minute changes cheerfully and competently were most appreciated.
His professionalism and dedication will serve him well.
Please express my sincere appreciation to all the staff involved with this project. I look
forward to working with you on other projects in the future.
